Charter of the Messianic Movement Evangelism and Apologetics

  • I. General Provisions

    • 1.1 Name and Location
      • 1.1.1 Name of the non-commercial organization: Messianic Movement Gospel and Apologetics.
      • 1.1.2 Abbreviated name: MMGA.
      • 1.1.3 Organization's location: Israel.
      • 1.1.4 Organization's website: www.magenhaemuna.com.
    • 1.2 Founders and Management Bodies
      • 1.2.1 Founders with equal rights:

      • 1.2.2 Governing bodies: Founders' Council.

      • 1.2.5 Founders' Council Secretary: The Secretary of the Founders' Council is elected by the founders' council for a term of four years. His responsibilities include maintaining financial documentation, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures in accordance with the Mission's charter.
      • 1.2.6 Expansion of the Founders' Council: The Founders' Council may be expanded as necessary. The expansion process involves a collective decision by the founders acting on equal rights. This allows the organization to include additional members with the necessary skills and experience for effective management of financial resources and development of the Mission.
    • 1.3 Membership Admission and Exit
      • 1.3.1 New members can voluntarily join the organization based on a submitted application.
      • 1.3.2 The decision to accept new members is made by the Founders' Council, i.e., by the two founders with a majority of votes.
      • 1.3.3 Membership exit is carried out based on a written application from the organization's member.
      • 1.3.4 The decision to terminate membership is also made by the Founders' Council.
  • II. Basis for Operation and Doctrines

    • 2.1 Basis for Operation
      • 2.1.1 The basis for the Mission's operation is the Word of God – the Bible.
    • 2.2 Main Doctrines
      • 2.2.1 Bible: The 66 books of the Bible are the only infallible and inerrant Word of God.
      • 2.2.2 Unity of God: The Lord God of Israel Yahweh is one, and He is the Father, Son (Jesus Christ - Yeshua HaMashiach), and Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh). These are different personalities of one God having the same nature. The Trinity.
      • 2.2.3 Jesus Christ (Yeshua HaMashiach): The person of Jesus Christ combines two natures – divine and human.
      • 2.2.4 Salvation: Conversion (being born again) is an integral element of salvation that includes repentance (teshuva) and faith.
  • III. Goals and Methods of Implementation

    • 3.1 Goals of the Mission:
      • 3.1.1 Study and teaching of Scripture: The Mission aims to create an educational environment where organization members actively learn and understand Sacred Scripture more deeply. Special attention is given to studying Hebrew and Greek languages, as well as the culture of biblical times for a fuller perception of biblical texts.
      • 3.1.2 Cultivating respect for traditions: The Mission is focused on developing respect for Jewish and Christian traditions among its members, provided they do not contradict biblical teachings. This contributes to strengthening cultural and spiritual understanding between different groups of believers.
      • 3.1.3 Developing dialogue: The Mission encourages active dialogue between Messianic Jews and evangelical believers with the aim of supporting mutual understanding and strengthening unity in the Christian community.
      • 3.1.4 Providing spiritual assistance: The Mission is called to provide spiritual support to those influenced by false teachings. Through biblical principles and Messianic faith, the Mission aims to help believers strengthen their faith and stand firm in the face of challenges.
      • 3.1.5 Organizing joint events: The Mission organizes joint spiritual events and prayer meetings on "Israel and the Church" topics. Such events contribute to strengthening the unity of believers and enriching their spiritual experience.
    • 3.2 Methods of Implementation
      • 3.2.1 Conducting educational events: The Mission conducts study and teaching of Scripture through educational courses, seminars, and lectures, including studying Hebrew and Greek languages, as well as cultural aspects of biblical times.
      • 3.2.2 Organizing cultural events: To cultivate respect for traditions, the Mission holds cultural events where participants can deeply understand and appreciate the cultural features of Jewish and Christian heritage.
      • 3.2.3 Facilitating dialogue: The Mission organizes forums, discussions, and meetings to stimulate dialogue between Messianic Jews and evangelical believers, fostering mutual understanding and unity.
      • 3.2.4 Spiritual assistance: The Mission provides spiritual guidance through individual consultations, prayer sessions, and pastoral support for those facing the influence of false teachings.
      • 3.2.5 Organizing awakening events: The Mission conducts events and campaigns aimed at awakening Jews to spiritual reality and recognizing God's plan for their people.
      • 3.2.6 Fundraising: The Mission organizes fundraising to support its activities, including the implementation of educational programs, cultural events, and awakening activities.
      • 3.2.7 Developing representations: The Mission aims to open representations in various countries to spread its mission and strengthen unity in the Christian community.
      • 3.2.8 Financial management: The Mission establishes mandatory membership fees to maintain financial stability. Failure to pay the fee within the set deadlines may lead to exclusion from the organization. A financial report is provided twice a year, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial management.
      • 3.2.9 Membership management: The Mission offers the possibility for new members to join based on an application, with the decision to accept being made unanimously by the Founders. There is also an option to exit membership.
      • 3.2.10 Developing effective evangelization methods: The Mission actively engages in developing and implementing effective evangelization methods both in Israel and worldwide.
  • IV. Financial Issues

    • 4.1 Main Sources of Financing for the Organization:
      • 4.1.1 Membership fees: One of the main sources of financing are the membership fees paid by members every six months. These fees represent voluntary donations, providing stable financial resources for the realization of the mission and goals of the MMGA.
      • 4.1.2 Donations and voluntary contributions: The organization welcomes voluntary donations and contributions from individuals and legal entities supporting its mission. These funds are directed towards expanding activities, conducting events, and providing resources for effective functioning.
      • 4.1.3 Grants and sponsorship: The Mission actively seeks opportunities for grants and sponsorship support from various organizations, foundations, and private individuals. These funds can be used for project implementation, conducting educational events, and strengthening missionary activities.
      • 4.1.4 Partnership relations: The organization aims to establish partnership relations with churches, organizations, and communities sharing similar values and missionary aspirations. Partnership may include joint projects, resource exchange, and mutual support in spiritual and financial aspects.
      • 4.1.5 Spiritual support: The Mission considers spiritual support, including prayer support and spiritual guidance, as an important source of strength and direction for its activities. This type of support is based on trust and partnership in a common mission.
  • V. Termination of Activities

    • 5.1 The decision to terminate the Mission's activities can only be made under the following conditions:
      • 5.1.1 The decision to terminate activities is subject to unanimous decision by the Mission's Founders. If one of the Founders disagrees with the termination, the Mission continues its work.
      • 5.1.2 Notification of the decision to terminate activities must be sent in writing to each of the Founders and posted on the Mission's official website.
    • 5.2 Upon termination of the Mission's activities, the Founders are obliged to:
      • 5.2.1 Settle all existing financial obligations to third parties and individuals.
      • 5.2.2 Transfer the Mission's property in accordance with applicable law.
      • 5.2.3 Close bank accounts and settle tax obligations.
      • 5.2.4 Provide documentation and reports on the Mission's activities to the relevant state authorities, including tax payments.
      • 5.3 Remaining assets obtained during the liquidation of the Mission are transferred in accordance with applicable law to other non-commercial organizations whose activities correspond to the main goals and tasks of the Mission.

Michael took courses in church history, reformation history, and introduction to the Old and New Testaments at Reform Community College Hope of Israel. He studied at King of Kings Theological College and took courses in bibliology and pneumatology as part of the Campus Crusade mission.

Evangelist-preacher, missionary

with ministry experience. He studied at the Odessa Biblical Seminary and led the founding of churches in Ukraine, Poland and Germany. His ministry brings joy and inspiration, spreading the light of the Gospel to various parts of the world.
